As much as I admire athletes getting as much as they can get, whilst they can get it #keepgettingthemchecks is giving Rooney a pay rise for not even being the best player in his own team, the best business from man utd.
Feel like they should have let his contract run, or sold him off and used the money to invest in a younger option. Maybe it's to keep van Persie on side, maybe their thinking about their marketability but don't believe Rooney does enough to warrant the overspend..
