Don't suppose someone could link me to somewhere with a decent guide on prepping and painting your bike?

What are my options for a sealed bearing ISO bolt on cog hubs?
Have you seen the conversion I did for my tandem? Any 15mm through axle hub, chainline can be tweaked to suit, around £50 for the axle+spacers.

got some definition back around the seat post clamp
so burnt out two mofo's this afternoon
all cunningly achieved with aid of my unpatented, self styled "BB Bung/Plug"
on their way back to the saarfside...

Vague memories, didnt you have something custom made?

Was it just a case of getting a new axle and some spacers made up?
-
• #88983
Yes, really simple, could just as easily have M10×1 extensions on the ends for track nuts but I think the M10×1.5 female threads in the axle with screws is neater. Spacers are retained by
magnetsassembly, 10mm each side gives a sprocket mounting face 40mm from centre, mine are 15mm NDS and 5mm DS to give a 46.5mm chainline and dishless wheel. -

Spottee, ffs, if a traditional Paul/Phil holds up to the abuse I give, what have you got to worry about? Stop being awkward.

Didn't a brand new rear Paul hub just sell here for £65?
-
• #88990
Probably but
As I just found out a silver 36h is near impossibru to get, even Paul didn't have any so
had to send a blank to anodising, it's ended up costing about £150 after import fees. Good job I payed £30 for the front. -
