One rather flexible approach might be....
If you can procure a surly rear hub hardware kit
and an M10x1 Rear axle you can use any front MTB hub that has cartridge bearing ID 12.0mm
I used DaBomb, but there are plenty of other options from Hope, Ringle, DMR, DT, Commencal etc
Just had a look at Commencal - they offer ISO front hubs with fully threaded axles - you'll only need longer axle and a couple of spacers.
Seems like an easy solution and crazy cheap at 60% off
