Fix-g, WI Eno (non eccentric) or Victoire hubs all offer spline + lockring. These were also made a while back but lockring may interfere with cog as it was designed originally for addition of disc, not cogs: http://urbanvelo.org/montano-velo-fixed-hub-disc-adapter/

Don't they all use a different cog system? The reason like ISO is that its an international standard, as shown already, plenty people make the cogs. I don;t want to buy something that only one person makes and then they decide to stop making it leaving me high and dry.
Also the WI seem to be only in 136mm and didn't mechamorgan say that he was distinctly unimpressed by the victoire build quality?
