yes, the pro 2. if axle diameter is the same front and rear, you should be able to fit a rear conversion kit to 10mm bolt on. no qr.
edit: a rear non drive side spacer is 17.5mm longer than the front right side. If it fit and if the other side is 2.5mm longer, you have 120mm spaced hub with I think 43.5mm chain line... :-/

Presumably I could then match it with a Pro 3 for the front. Can anyone suggest an axle I could use?

Ok, makes sense. Would have suggested some of the splined cog+lockring solutions otherwise.

Were you thinking of the Halo fix G?

ISO bolt on seems to be more of a 'standard' so I didn't get one only for them to go the way of the Charge Shaker

Which they no longer make or make cogs for.
