Both, as I said I've have 3 wheels set that use ISO and I've found it better in every regard. I will admit the only place it falls short is if you need to run a cog 15t or smaller for the track, but I don't so their perfect for me.

Ok, makes sense. Would have suggested some of the splined cog+lockring solutions otherwise.
