  • Foot pain (so no emergency calorie busting runs) + really long hours @ work have been conspiring against me, and if I'm truly honest- laziness.
    I'm writing here at about 69.5kgs, which is a fucking crazy increase on summer low of 67... I really can't wait till end of this week- new placement, that is near to house, so in theory more time to exercise, and less opportunity to eat crap as can nip back for healthy lunches.
