The Powercodz won't work with mini I-link. Like the Nokon liner it'll be to big. For me your only options are to you use standard I-link for the gears to maintain the black liner. The difference in weight between standard and mini is about 11.5 g per m.
Or one of the suggestions for making it coloured ..
