I have decided that eating 3000 calories in one day is not helping me lose weight, even if I have (according to hrm) burnt that off with exercise. So I am going to give up exercise and see what happens.
Bare in mind the HRM guess could be 30% out. Its a rubbish calculation.
I'm pretty sure as long as the calories aren't sugary junk then 3000Calories per day can work as a weight loss programme, as long as you burn >3000 per day that is.
My latest fun game is eating a whole loaf of Soreen as an afternoon snack...
I've always believed that running a slight deficit is more productive then running a massive one. Stops your body panicking so much. So I concur.
Although I ate another 8 portion brioche last night. After bonking quite hard on the rowing machine (cough 'notaeuph' cough).
