Sorry I've just edited my last post for clarity.
So if I wanted to move from, 2nd to 3rd or 4th to 5th I have to move both levers?
At least now I know!
I'm going to think of it at the right lever (hub) being "1st, 2nd and 3rd" gears and the right lever (cog) being "full/easy" versions. So my new system looks like:
1 = easy 1st
2 = full 1st
3 = easy 2nd
4 = full 2nd
5 = easy 3rd
6 = full 3rd
