Now that smashing the marathon is your primary goal, are you satisfied just not to go back over that level, or would you tolerate shading back up over the line, even?
it's pretty much bouncing up and down randomly by a few lbs now with hydration levels and bathroom stuff probably being the root cause, would ideally like to slowly trend downwards still (I am doing a shit load of exercise 6 days a week after all) but I'm not actively trying to force it.
i would say i'll lose the weight after the marathon but will be spending 10 days in chicago 2 weeks after so that might not go as planned.
