To be fair to Chelsea, they have also had success, Hamburg have been fucking garbage.
It's sad to see what was once a powerhouse of German football in such trouble, countless titles, loads of domestics cups. European cup, Uefa cup, etc...
Unless they sort themselves out, they are going down, and could well stay down.
It would be like Everton getting relegated.
