It wasn't really a problem was it, they were never designed to be radially laced.

The only Pro hubs that were are the ones they made for HED which is what I've got, which have the spoke holes in a custom location.

This is why I have a radially laced Pro III which isn't going to explode.

I have no doubt in my mind that he is a genuine guy and has just had a bit of difficulty finding a box. We are still in contact, which is reassuring.

The bike was supposed to be posted this morning, but A&P won't reply to Jens messages asking what's going on.

As I suggested above, she should hit the "refund" button NOW: if a "we're refunding the money" e-mail from Paypal doesn't make him pull his finger out, then the sooner she gets her money back, the better.
