  • Sounds similar to my experiences of them (non-existent stock control, shambolic organisation, very slow shipping and terrible communication) except in my case it took them 4 weeks to give me a refund, after I'd returned the goods to them at my own cost, when they still haven't refunded. They're now on the 'Never use under any circumstances' list along with Tredz.
