    They just sound too lazy to co-ordinate things better.

    That's generally their issue, so you have to call/email a million times for a simple repair. We don't even have a copy of our contract, not because of malice as far as I can tell, just plain lazy incompetence.

    But - I still feel wronged and don't think they should get away with such bollocks
