Forum Rider Down and/or notification of minor incidents

My intention is to get him to realise that he was in the wrong and therefore drive more carefully and considerately, especially around cyclists. Claiming for tiny amounts of money is likely to make him resentful and therefore a more dangerous road user.

Any suggestions? I've sent him video and a shot of the junction but he still denies wrongdoing. Is there any hope of a conversion?

I don't think you can 'convert' - people have got away with shoddy driving for years. Most won't admit fault, either.

I'm of the 'hit them where it hurts' camp. That they'll drive more dangerously in future is conjecture. How much of your bike is carbon, or is now scuffed up? They can pay for having it all replaced.
