Gah... My crash lady emailed this morning being like 'you were in the outside and not slowing down, my insurance have advised me to ask you to pay excess'.
I replied quite bluntly, pointing out the govt advice on the matter and that at no point was the fault anything but hers, and should her insurance provider follow up further, I would mount the full defence and demand a gold check up service from evans and a new front wheel, and shifters, which are now grazed.
Total ~ 300£.
Her response?
'Road tax'
Lol. I'm not paying though. And I thought she was alright.
All I wanted to do was calm her nerves, I shouldn't have emailed at all.

It should be noted that I was indeed slowing down for a cyclist on a toucan crossing with a red light ahead, which is why I don't have a broken collarbone or equivalent.
