Two weeks? That's taking the piss!
Make a "goods not received" claim NOW: the prospect of losing money, tends to concentrate the mind; and if it doesn't, I think he's had your money quite long enough.
It's a fucking cheek, advertising something for sale (and accepting payment) when you can't complete the deal.
It's not as if it was "collection only" and you twisted his arm: it was sold as posted from the start.
