As a driver I think its not your fault at all, but actually him. Looking at the footage you did nothing wrong by filtering through to the bike box junction,imo he reacted to the green light in the next lane on the left and reacted to mean 'GO' so hence why he ran into the back of you. You have a good case in terms of getting any liability damage back from you injuries and any of your bike.
