He's now retracted his admission saying "I meant to say 'I don't agree with your summary'". Sigh ...
^^ Smidsy can't really be claimed if he did it deliberately.
I'm not too sure what his defence is exactly, he seems to believe that he had a right to move forward because the ASL extends only half way across that lane, and that it was my fault for undertaking him there.
