I really didn't want to post up here but I've been left no other option really....
TL;DR
I'm posting this here to get any opinions from other forum members about other ways to resolve this. And in the hope that he might read this and do the right thing.

We've come to a decision of me buying a new front hub and paying for the front wheel to rebuilt. I have apologised profusely in the hope that I am forgiven.

Also, just to add to that - the front wheel was determined as faulty due to 'the front hub being out of shape', according to the LBS that the wheels were inspected at. Apparently, Hope were contacted and they told the LBS that their hubs should not be radially laced and it was this radial lacing that had caused the problem. Despite the 'hub being deformed' the wheel was completely true, usable and still spun forever. It was also incredibly smooth to ride. I never intended to sell a 'faulty' set of wheels.

Just wondering if anyone could give me a bit of advice on this one...

I purchased a complete bike through the forum, paid the guy through Paypal almost two weeks ago, and still HAVE NO BIKE! He hasn't even got a box sorted to send it in as yet!

I have said that I will raise a dispute through Paypal if he hasn't sent it by Monday but is there anything else I can do?

You might need a little more patience - sometimes people are a little shambolic.

Raise a dispute sooner rather than later - You don't want to lose the protection that paypal provides against shambolic sellers.
