I honestly think you should consider listing it on eBay with worldwide postage. I think there'll be more interest there, just make sure you put plenty of photos of every blemishes just in case the buyer starts a dispute about a chip that wasn't described.

I would suggest sorting out the front end, dropping the stem straightening the bars put some tape on it.
