Not quite - Nitto M106 NAS. They're closest to the Soma Highway One's, only (in my opinion) a slightly tidier shape and much pricier. I ordered them from the link; even with customs came in cheaper than Kinoko (but did take a while).
The tape is the Cinelli Caleido, which goes rather nicely with the crazy paint job.
