Possibly a 2mm or 3mm spacer, yes, if Cycliste doesn't use her tester-approved 'Rule No. 5' stem cap on this bike. The remaining 10mm of spacers above the stem can go. It's got a socking great big steerer tube expander in there anyway, so I don't think the lack of a spacer above the stem will really make any difference.
