Which snow? Up to about 6" of powdery stuff on firm ground, ordinary mud tyres actually work well enough. Once it has thawed and refrozen into ruts, you need spikes. If it's really deep, you probably need something really fat to float on top of it, i.e. a real 4" tyred fat bike.
