Ride in was alright to work had tail wind and tail wind back home, but the traffic from Paddington to Blackwall tunnel was an absolute nightmare, and I do have to question some people's driving in London tonight, nearly got run over by a ford KA on old street, which I shouted 'YOU MASSIVE DICKHEAD' (sorry if people heard) and too many cars and cyclist running red lights! Might actually pick another route back home or just leave the office much much later!
