  • I'm a Swansea fan, and we've been shit since we won the League Cup last year. 7 wins in the last 33, and no shots on target against West Ham at the weekend (who were down to 10 men for part of the match), pretty much sums up how dire we've been.

Laudrup hasn't seemed interested since the summer, and there's been discontent behind the scenes: divided dressing room, falling out with players - Ki (now Sunderland's best player), odd tactical decisions, even rumours that he turned up only 5 mins before the start of the West Ham match.

We were definitely heading for relegation. Now with Monk in charge, we've got a chance of getting enough points to stay up. Maybe.

Im not a supporter but this sounds like utter tosh.
As far as I can tell, you have had issues with injuries - mainly due to the extra demands on your squad this season. There is also a certain amount of other teams knowing how you'll be set up and the fact Michu has been injured and was incredible last season.

If you think Gary Monk will do a better job for your team than Laudrup, who am I to say you're wrong but I can't see it. If Swansea were my team, I'd be questioning the decision massively - who the hell else is out there? You've seen the struggle WBA faced in bringing somebody in.

As for more strenuous training, you've seen the way Moyes increase in training has improved the United teams fitness level, so go wild with that particular notion.
