Cycles Plus (in high wycombe I think) resells these. Think he only carries the basic brushed, and the basic with reflecto strips. Maybe the ones for ultratight clearances that are sort of leapfrogged over seatstay bridge/ shortened to end behind fork, not sure.
Dude called Francis Thurmer, does go to jumbles at HH etc. Unfortunately he's not an email/web person... send cheque in post etc.
