  • get a threaded fork. it will look ace

  • TM, I hear you're pretty proficient at potatochoppin, could you stick some threaded forks on this picture please?

  • Also does anyone have some lights for sellz?

  • It's perfect how it is, why would you downgrade to from ahead to quill?

  • It looks great with risers. Get some bar ends. Nearly ended up kidney less the other day.

Hmm, I do prefer ahead to quill and would also prefer 1" carbon forks to threaded skinny ones.

Thanks a lot Chak! Yeah I really do need some bar ends, idk where to get them from though.

    (Desperately need some bar ends)

  • Depends how meticulous you are. I use shitty plastic ones that came with cheap bar tape. Any lbs should have some lying around.

  • Ah okay, yeah I'll hassle some of my lbs during the week; see what turns up.

  • Any website should have them. I ordered a set from winstanely today that were £2.99 with free postage. There were cheaper options available as well. No excuse for cutting circles out of yourself! Unless it's like a super rad body modification thing I haven't jumped on the band wagon for yet.

  • All the cool kids a doing it Loz. Any ideas what the forks on the frame would be worth? Currently in the process of buying a pair of drilled carbon ones that were brought to my attention by TM.

  • Probably not loads, if you're not desperate for the €€€, maybe hold on to them and then if/when you sell the frame you can keep hold of the nice carbon ones and sell the originals with the frame.

  • Yeah, that sounds better, cheers Loz. Fork sale went through, now I'm back to looking for the ever elusive 1" carbon drilled forks.

  • I have a pair on my Fort. I'd sell them to you but they're pretty shabby. They've never been crashed or anything but I wouldn't sell them with a lifetime guarantee, haha.

  • whats wrong with this fork?

ha, aslong as they're not damaged; I really couldn't care less. How long is the steerer?

    whats wrong with this fork?

    Not drilled innit.

Hey uoeno, threaded? - they're not mine, just so happens I saw them then saw your post.

Threadless I'm afraid and I need atleast 23cm of steerer. Thanks nonetheless though! :)

  • Actually, steerer might be a bit short.

  • So you sold the forks?

  • Lol, hell no. Not the ones that came with the frame. I'll post some pictures of what the bike currently looks like now,

  • They're steel, you can't fuck up too bad

  • Pictures as promised: Couldn't get any close-ups as the frame was dirtayy, bar ends sorted and braking surface sorted. All needed is just some drilled 1" forks.

  • You could just take them to a builder and get them drilled....

  • why not just keep brklzz

  • 15 year olds look better with teeth #grooming
