He won't, Mourinho is an arch pragmatist. He'l set up with Matic, Lampard and Ramires in the middle and will play a compact game like he does most of the time against the big sides. Its also the logical thing to do against Toure and Fernandinho. Mourinho isn't known for fighting fire with fire, even though City have been shown to be vulnerable against attacking sides who can retain the ball well.
