They're the online version of HSBC but they seem to be far less, what's the word I'm looking for? Oh, SHIT, for normal operations.
Calling my bank to tell them I'm overseas is unacceptable. My card is in my possession. I live less than 2hrs away from Berlin by plane. Why should I tell them anything about my plans? I need a bank that's not shit. It's my money they're using, they shouldn't be restricting my access to it.
