I don't know. Looking at the catalogues red and yellow seem to be coming in by the early mid nineties culminating in the glories of 97 and 98 when they went mad. I have seen a couple of CAD2 and 3 red yellow saeco track frames but they may well have been a bit later than the one you referenced. At least we won't ever be bidding against each other for the same frame!
