Yeah, its a weird look that I'll never use, I was just wasting time at work. Only reason for not using the selection tool is that only one side is feathered (the long side of the cabin) and using a mask just seemed simplest. I'd like to try it with a photo with a few people at varying distances and have them in focus. That would just look strange.
