EDIT: I don't see the MASH, RS, Team Yacht Club, Geekhouse / Cuppow etc as team or pro kits, despite there being sponsors on them. I don't know, I just spent a week at the Tour Down Under and saw every Hubbard and his dog in replica pro cycling kits advertising banks and god knows what else. At least with the list above it's supporting small, independent companies / shops.
