London Cycle Workshop on St John's Hill in Wandsworth. They've fitted every part I've ever bought free of charge.
Can't imagine any of the chain stores doing that. More to the point, I wouldnt trust them to fit a fucking bell.
They've also made loads of adjustments on limit screws etc free of charge. Good guys who know their bikes inside out.
