They used to do a cheaper 'Comp' model of the Romin with cromoly rails that retailed around £60-65, but they dropped it from the range and now only do the ti (Expert) and carbon (Pro) railed versions - no doubt specifically to take advantage of its popularity - plus the S-works variant.
The Toupé is still available in Comp flavour, but the only Comp-spec Romin is the rather different and much uglier Romin Evo.
