^ I'm pretty sure when they heard "saddle better be parallel to the floor" they understood "saddle rails".
It's funny because any sloping saddle at that angle makes a bike unridable unless you are standing on pedals all the time, but considering the drop position the rider would be rubbing his lips to the front tyre.
