^am doing a 10k there with Tibbs and Dammit on Sunday.
because of which my long run I am meant to do on sunday replaces my tempo run today and judging by the current state of the weather after popping out for a coffee just now it's going to be a long, cold, wet 10 miles home this eve.
at least my flyknits aren't basically just a big sponge that will soak up every ounce of moisture they come into contact with, oh wait they are :(
