Yep I am a twat.
SPD-SL yellow. I knew they needed changing as the yellow bits had gone right down and the lip at the back had worn. I noticed clipping in was not fluid and unclipping was too easy. Unclipped today when the power was down and almost ended up on the deck. Could have been serious.
