  • Question: I have an original Mondaine Stop to go (they have recently re-issued, mine is the older, better proportioned version). I'm thinking of selling it. It's in perfect working order, has no scratches on the crystal and a brand new strap. New version is £450? Given mine is out of production, looks better and very rare, possibly more. Given you can buy a brand new one that for most people is identical, probably less. It's a lot of £$ for a quartz, even one with a fancy mechanism - I love it, but don't wear it often enough and I am trying to use £$ for more sensible things than sitting on my shelf in a horological format. Ebay seems to be hit and miss (£160 for one in bad shape in 2011 to £400+) thoughts?
