Cougar indeed is lovely!

Got some new decals made for my Storck, good all weather workhorse.

Storck...Workhouse... Doesn't compute. Your Storck deserves some better tyres...
-

It might for you,
but lightweight full carbon frame, no mudguards and skinny tyres does not make me think "all-weather workhorse" ;)
EDIT: beaten to it haha!

Got the frame cheap, cheap wheels and cheap groupset, bit of a mish mash of older parts. I agree, should probably have mudguards but I've been a bit slack in finding some.
Probably a bit nice for a winter bike but I don't feel too bad riding it all year round.

There's nothing remotely all-weather or workhorse about that Storck.
I like it, mind.

The disc road bike is awesome blacklisted. Looks smart and fast. Did you build the wheels yourself or are there OTP disc road wheels out there?
-
• #87613
And what's the seat post? Looks like the sort of thing I'm after.

Nice ride blacklisted. Does it have hidden mudguard fixings? Also I'd be interested to hear your impressions on the ride when you get it out?

For me just can't get enough of that :

There are no mudguard fixings. This is a full on race bike. I've got 25c tyres on it and clearances are very tight, there is about 2mm between tyre and seatpost.

The wheels are from a firm called Remerx, the model is MasterDisc. It's hard to find Campag freehub disc 135 spaced wheels! There really isn't much choice out there!

Seatpost is a 31.6 Chinese carbon job that I've had for a couple years. Works fine except I changed the bolts as they were very soft alloy!

Not sure if I like that. The one behind looks rad though!

modern groupo? needs a black quill still.
-
• #87620
Yeah, the red stripe doesnt condone that stem.. Nor saddle.
-
• #87621
Thanks a lot for your comments guys.
I can't decide on the stem and saddle actually. Neither style nor colors.
Of course the stem will be 73 degrees as it suits me. I'm looking for some quill stem as well. For some reason I prefer one with detachable front plate.
I also consider white saddle and bar tape. Maybe a Fizik curve or a San Marco Zoncolan.
Any suggestions are welcome. -

I was thinking about maybe building this up for myself. It is a prototype Merckx titanium frame. I have no idea whether I will fit on this frame though, seeing as my expertise on geometry is pretty much non-existent. My instinct says no, giving the short head tube, but the top tube says yes. For your information, my length is 1,90m and my inseam is 90cm (if I recall correctly). Any thoughts on this matter?
The geometry specifics are:
Head tube: 11,9 cm
Top tube: 61 cm (C-C)
Seat tube: 54,5 cm (C-C), 55,5 cm (C-T)
Seat tube angle (approx): 63 degrees, measured between top tube and seat tube
Head tube angle (approx): 69 degrees, measured between top tube and head tube.
Chain stay length: 48 cm, measured from center of BB to the back of the dropout -

Very slack. Paris-Roubaix bike?

Unfortunately I have very little information on this frame. It does look a lot like the frame Merckx built for the 1993 Paris-Roubaix, only slightly less extreme.
That Look is my favourite forum bike.
