Unblock all the drains for everything.
Take the carpets out and dry them
mop up all the water
hire or borrow a dehumidifier
Check your heater hoses aren't leaking.
Thanks, I'll break out the Haynes manual and have a look. I'm not good at car stuff. Computers, bikes etc are fine. Tons of steel that might kill me or other people, not so much...

Oh no :( I may take you up on the dehumidifier (presumably that's what it is, the last thing I need is more humidity in there). I am indeed in east london.
