Edit: Rosie, check the fat-free yoghurt doesn't have added sugar. Personally, I'm unconvinced of the benefit of fat-free yoghurt and low-fat foods in general. Fat makes you feel full. People who switch to low-fat versions of foods are often just making life harder and unhappier for themselves, actually eating more while still feeling hungry all the time.
I'm not too fussed about whether it's fat free really, it's just tasty and was on offer. But thanks.
