I decided to write the seller a Msg to find out a little more about the frame, this was the answer i got:
"Hello.
The price is simple. It's my frame, only I know the value I'm willing to let it go.
Also, it's FOR SALE, it's not SOLD :) But because you seem like a nice person, I propose you a chalenge. If you show me a frame just like this with a lower price, I drop the price of mine. Every day I get all kind of messages about this. From just "nice frame" to insults, and I'm ok with it.This was made 30 years ago in italy, and the man who made it charged extra because of the "VELATURA INSULTUOSA A EVIL KENIEVEL" (his words).
This went on a velodrome for an exebition and rode only once. The tires weren't even glued. The Campagnolo disc wheels without glue and the original tyres can prove it.
And maybe you are right, for this price you can get a cinelli lazer, like so many others...cheers"
