    Regarding 80% max HR, I agree I could have gone harder, but bear in mind I'm pretty fatigued, as I've already done a tempo run today, with Hill intervals last night, Swimming training on Monday, a half marathon on Sunday and 60 miles of cycling on Saturday, so getting my heart rate much higher than that is very difficult!
