Wups, missed the lack of bridge.
Pretty sure that mine are SKS but I can't find any logos on them now.
The section isn't quite round, has two edges that are rounded.
The fenders came with the standard SKS fittings, I just drilled them out and now the Berthoud stays cover the centre holes that were left behind
