Up to London yesterday from the friendly backwater that is Bristol, lock beater in Shoreditch high street, coffee in LMNH, Brooks stolen. Back to LMNH at 5 ish, workshop very closed, explain plight, they happily fetched me a new saddle, lent me tools to fit it, didn't mock me for West Country trustworthiness fail. Such service, much impressed. Wow.
