I'm starting to build up my 853 Claud Butler again after stripping the groupset off it.

I have bought Fizik Microtex soft touch tape again, as it is the best. But the longer I look at the bike, the more it's telling me to get some kind of exciting yellow tape. I think flouro yellow might be a little clashy (though I wouldn't be too fussed about that), and Pelten shade is nigh on impossible.

Is there any other yellow tape that would suit the colour or should I just black up?

Camo tape is grim, that's what was disgracing the bars I've just taken off it.

No, Agis is the owner. I'm just a customer. They are lacing the wheels and building the bike for me. I provided the frame and most of the bits.

The rims are nos campy omega v tubular.

I was actually refering to tomanym's who's looking for yellow tape for his bike.

Dark gray would suit it well, though some tight black cork tape would also do the job I reckon.

Haven't found the right frame or the money yet to start building my tri bike. All I've got is a disc wheel and Vision tt bars with shifters and brake levers..

I have some of the dark grey Fizik tape on another bike, it is nice.

Just ordered some white hoods for the shifters, maybe I should go for dubious tape colour as well to take it all the way to anti town. But more likely black.

What are those brakes?

Not sure why but I dont think Id be all the confident having a cf chainring if Im fitting brakless

Get Fibrelyte chainring and a 65g AX3000 brake if you need to slow down quickly. For the only legitimate brakeless use, Fibrelyte have a good rep for durability on the track.

What are those brakes?
