Precisely; it's specific to a lock, and specific to a frame geometry. Forget inventory of 3 models, it's going to be more like 300. As a bespoke item, I suppose it's feasible, but it's hard to see how hitting a thin niche with something which has to be both bespoke for every punter and price competitive with Topeak is going to make anybody a living.
