I didn't pay to fit them as i'd just bought their pedals new, and it's an 'inclusive service' apparently. When I went in to question their installation, they offered to fit a new crank for £5.99, which suggests to me a guilty conscience. Having looked at that CAB link HatBeard, I think i'll go in and try and get some replacement cranks (the one they were offering was a generic one, but i'm a bit fussy and would quite like matching cranks), as it does appear to be their mistake.
